A new controversy has erupted with text messages allegedly sent by conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar to actress Jacqueline Fernandez from the jail have surfaced. A complaint has been submitted with the Delhi police’s Economic Offences Wing about how he was allowed use of a phone in the prison.
In the reported chats from June this year, Sukesh had asked Jacqueline to wear a black dress during court appearances. There are also voice messages in which the accused professed his immense love for the actress.
Reportedly, Chandrasekhar was angry when the actress ignored his messages and did not wear black in court. He had even started messaging her in the WebEx chatroom during the court hearings, it is believed.
Chandrasekhar had last week accused Fernandez of using his money to enhance her social media image and compete with a contemporary. He even threatened to release “unseen chats” and other evidence against Jacqueline. His letter, released last week through his advocate, stated: “Even the smallest fact of payments worth a few million USD paid for a social platform enhancement to compete and race against a very prominent individual colleague of this person also will be brought in open with all the relevant payment invoices.”
