Punjabi film actor Deep Sidhu, who was arrested on 9th February by the Delhi police after a chase that lasted 13 days, is now being interrogated for likely foreign funding of the Republic Day violence at Red Fort in Delhi. A source claimed that an analysis of Sidhu’s call details and mobile location had confirmed his role in the violence.
