The Bombay high court on 4th November asked advocate-petitioner Puneet Dhanda to give Maharashtra state a copy of his petition seeking a court-monitored CBI probe into the death of Disha Salian who filled in as Sushant Singh Rajput’s secretary for a few days. The court was told that the state had not received a copy of the petition.
The petition by advocate Puneet Dhanda claimed that the deaths of Disha and Sushant were connected.
