Marathi and Hindi film actress Abhilasha Patil passed away due to COVID-19 complications yesterday (5th May) in Bombay. She was in her early forties and is survived by her husband and a son.
Abhilasha had worked in Marathi films like Prawaas,Tujha Manjha Arrange Marriage, Bayko Deta Ka Bayko and Pipsi, among others. She also appeared in Hindi films like Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Good Newwz and Chhichhore.
Abhilasha Patil had gone to Varanasi some time back. She had got fever there, and she tested positive for Coronavirus on her return to Bombay.
