The Bombay high court today (October 21) said that it would hear Aryan Khan’s bail application on October 26. The lawyers of Shah Rukh Khan’s son had filed the bail plea in the high court in appeal soon after the special NDPS court on October 20 denied him bail.
The judicial custody of Aryan Khan was today (October 21) extended by the NDPS court till October 30.
It may be mentioned here that Aryan Khan and seven others were held by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 2 and arrested on October 3 in a drugs case when they were caught on board the Cordelia cruise liner on October 2 as soon as it set sail from Bombay. It was going to Goa.
