Well-known film writer Sanjay Chouhan breathed his last on 12th January at a hospital in Bombay due to liver-related ailments. He had not been keeping well since three months. He was 62 and is survived by his wife and daughter. He will be cremated today at 12.30 p.m. at the Oshiwara Hindu Shamshan Bhoomi on S.V. Road, Jogeshwari West in Bombay.
Sanjay had written such films as Paan Singh Tomar (story and screenplay, which he co-wrote with Tigmanshu Dhulia), I Am Kalam (story and dialogues), Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi (dialogues), Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara (screenplay and dialogues), Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster (story and screenplay), Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns (story and screenplay), Dhoop (dialogues) and Right Yaaa Wrong (dialogues). He started his career in 1998 with Manish Goswami for whom he wrote TV serials like Insaaf and Kittie Party.
Sanjay had an amiable disposition and was open to suggestions for the betterment of his scripts.
