‘JERSEY’ SHOOTING ALL SET TO BE RESUMED IN DEHRADUN | 30 September, 2020

Director Gowtam Tinnanuri will resume the shooting of Jersey in Dehradun tomorrow (1st October). Like many other films, shooting of the remake of the Telugu hit of the same name had also to be halted abruptly in March following the coronavirus outbreak in India. It is after six-and-a-half months that shooting of the film, which has the game of cricket as the backdrop, will restart. Scenes will be shot at various places and locations in the city in Uttarakhand. Actor and line producer Satish Sharma and line producer Mayank Tiwari are co-ordinating the shooting schedule. Shahid Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur, Pankaj Kapur and others will feature in the shooting which will go on for around a fortnight, with SOPs and hygiene protocols in place. The film is being presented by Allu Aravind, and produced by Aman Gill, Dil Raju and S. Naga Vamsi.

Shahid reached Dehradun almost ten days back and has been practising cricket under the guidance of coaches.
