Malayalam film actor Kottayam Pradeep passed away early today morning (17th February) in Kottayam (Kerala) due to heart attack. He was 61.
Pradeep KR, popularly known as Kottayam Pradeep, debuted at the age of 40 in Ee Nadu Ennale Vare (2001). He shone in comic roles. He shot to fame with Gautham Menon’s Tamil film, Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa (2010). Pradeep KR was known for his eccentric humour and dialogue delivery. Among his other well-known films are Aadu Oru Bheegara Jeevi Aanu, Oru Vadakkan Selfie, Life Of Josutty, Kunjiramayanam, Welcome To Central Jail, Amar Akbar Antony, Adi Kapyare Kootamani and Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan. He will also be seen in a brief role in Mohanlal starrer Aarattu, slated for release tomorrow (18th).
