The film is co-produced by Group M Motion Entertainment, Avdhoot Distributors, Swarn Pat Katha, Mangesh Jagtap, Sejal Painter, Sheela Jagtap, Ashwin Padmanabhan, Satyanarayan Murthy and Dr. Zaarra Khader. The film stars Siddharth Jadhav, Johny Lever, Shweta Gulati, Tejaswini Lonari, Vijay Patkar, Bharat Dabholkar, Paritosh Painter, Jayesh Thakkar, Jessie Lever, Vishnu Mehra and Resham Tipnis. It is directed by Paritosh Painter who has also written the story and screenplay. Dialogues by Sandeep Dandavate, cinematography by Suresh Deshmane, editing by Sarvesh Parab, and art direction by Nitin Borkar are the other major credits. Lyrics: Mandar Cholkar.
