The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) today (August 10) approved the mega merger deal between Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. and Sony Pictures Network India. It dismissed all the objections related to the deal. A detailed copy of the NCLT order will very likely be uploaded tomorrow (August 11) on the NCLT website.
