The Oscars this year brought good news for India’s post-production company Prime Focus. Dneg, owned by Prime Focus, won the best Oscar for visual effects for Christopher Nolan’s Tenet. The earlier Oscars Prime Focus or its sister concerns have picked up were for Interstellar, Inception, First Man, Ex Machina and Blade Runner.
