‘PYAR HO PARIWAR ME’ REVIEW | 31 January, 2025

Released last week in Thane, Yugraj Jain, Hind Pictures and BSB Films’ Pyar Ho Pariwar Me (UA) is a family drama.

Yugraj Jain’s story is silly and of the kind which went out of fashion several decades ago. Usha Jain has written a screenplay which abounds in clichéd scenes and predictable twists and turns. Yugraj Jain’s dialogues are pathetic.

Yugraj Jain can’t act to save his life. Vasudev Singh is dull. Sachendra Chaubey does an ordinary job. Kundan Singh lends dull support. Keyuri Shah is average. Usha Jain fails to impress. Vanishka Jain is so-so. Nidhi Mudgal is dull. Jaywant Patekar is okay. Gajendra Chauhan delivers a fair performance. Chhaya Joshi passes muster.

Sharwan Jain and Usha Jain’s direction is of the kind which one saw in ‘B’ and ‘C’ grade films of the 1980s. Pyarelal Chauhan and Dharmendra Javda’s music is functional. Jugraj Jain’s lyrics hardly deserve separate mention. Song picturisations (by Rahul Jain and Usha Jain) are poor. Suresh Manna’s background music is weak. Camerawork (by Laxman Maurya, Vikas Saxena, Sunny, Shyam Sharma and Kailash Rao) is ordinary. Santosh Chaudhary’s art direction is okay. Gaurav Jain’s editing leaves a lot to be desired.

On the whole, Pyar Ho Pariwar Me is a flop fare.
