Rhea Chakraborty moved the Supreme Court today (10th August) with a plea to protect her from unfair media trial. She said, the media had already pronounced her guilty and there was so much negativity being spread against her in the media. She had earlier approached the apex court with the plea to transfer the Bihar complaint to Maharashtra. She has alleged that Sushant’s death was being sensationalised because of the upcoming Bihar elections. She claimed that the FIR filed in Patna by Sushant’s father, K.K. Singh, was at the behest of the chief minister of Bihar.
