Shilpa Shetty’s mother, Sunanda Shetty, recently filed a complaint of fraud with the Juhu police in Bombay. The complaint relates to a deal for land at Karjat in Raigad district, and it is against Sudhakar Ghare.
In the complaint, Sunanda Shetty has alleged that the deal for Rs. 1.60 crore took place between her and Ghare in the months from 2019 to February 2020. She alleged that the documents with Ghare were fake.
The police registered a case under sections 406, 409, 420, 462, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of the IPC.
