Naveen Sonkiya, son of yesteryears’ film financier and Rajasthan distributor Sunderdas Sonkiya, was recently elected councillor in the Chamber of Commerce of Kofu in Japan. He is the first ever elected foreign member in the 140-year history of the Chamber of Commerce.
