Tamil films’ actor Vikram was rushed to Kauvery Hospital in Madras today (8th July) after suffering a heart attack. He had undergone angioplasty just yesterday (7th July). He was to attend the release of the trailer of his forthcoming film, Ponniyin Selvan-I, today at 6 p.m. in Madras.
Since the film will be released on Sept. 30 in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, the trailer will be released simultaneously by Amitabh Bachchan, Mohanlal, Mahesh Babu, Rakshit Shetty and Suriya. The film is directed by Mani Ratnam.
