Akshay Kumar will play the brave warrior, Prithviraj Chauhan, in the man’s biopic being produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films. The film will be directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi. It will roll shortly and will be released on Diwali 2020.
Yash Raj Films made the formal announcement of the historical film yesterday (September 9) on the occasion of Akshay’s 52nd birthday. Prithviraj Chauhan was the Indian braveheart who stood in front of the merciless Muhammad of Ghor and his ruthless invaders of India. Prithviraj will be the first historical of YRF.
