Boney Kapoor and his actress-daughters, Janhvi and Khushi, have approached the Madras high court in a dispute over late actress Sridevi’s Madras property. The family has challenged a lower court’s refusal to dismiss a suit filed by claimants seeking a share in the land and alleging fraud in past sale deeds.
The high court recently stayed proceedings in the district court until March 26. According to Boney Kapoor, the claims are legally unsustainable. He has also questioned the delay of over three decades in filing the case.
