Online movie ticketing major BookMy Show has invested an undisclosed amount in payments technology company AtomX. This will help the Bombay-based company to enhance the cashless experience for its on-ground events.
BookMyShow COO (venues and service delivery) Anil Makhija will join the board of AtomX as part of the investment. AtomX’s technology will help consumers to store digital money in their wrist-bands or key chains and make instant payments.
