Actress Shilpa Shetty’s businessman-actor-husband, Raj Kundra, in his statement to the Bombay police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW), has stated that his company suffered losses following demonetisation. These financial setbacks, he explained, left the company unable to repay borrowed funds.
Shetty and Kundra are facing an alleged Rs. 60-crore fraud case, filed by businessman Deepak Kothari.
