SUNNY DEOL, KARISMA KAPOOR CHARGED FOR PULLING TRAIN CHAIN IN 1997 | 21 September, 2019

Sunny Deol and Karisma Kapoor have been charged by the Jaipur Railways court in a chain-pulling case of 1997. The chain-pulling had occurred during the shooting of Bajrang in the pink city. The charges were framed on 17th September. Sunny was in Jaipur on 18th to contest the case.

The counsel for both the actors filed a petition on 18th, challenging the Railway court’s decision. The actors have been accused of violating sections 141 (needlessly interfering with means of communication in a train), 145 (drunkenness or nuisance), 146 (obstructing a railway servant in the discharge of his duties) and 147 (trespass and refusal to desist from trespass) of the Railways Act.
