A cabbie from Uttarakhand, who made obscene video calls to a Bollywood actress and flashed in the video, has been arrested by the Bombay police from Uttarakhand.The case against the cabbie, Rajeshkumar Bahadur Ram, was registered on 3rd August when the actress complained to the police that Ram had exposed himself on the video call he made her.
