A television channel journalist recently moved a magistrate court at Andheri in Bombay, alleging that Salman Khan and his bodyguards had assaulted him in April. In his complaint, Ashok Pandey said that cops did not register his complaint and so he was seeking an FIR. The plea will be heard on 12th July.
Ashok claimed that on the evening of 24th April, when he and his cameraman were driving from Juhu to Kandivli (in Bombay), he saw the actor riding his bicyÂcle. He said, he sought permission from two bodyguards who were present, to film the actor, and did so after they gave him a nod. Pandey alleged that Salman and his guards attacked him and took away his phone when the actor noticed him recording.
