Cricketer Virat Kohli and his actress-wife, Anushka Sharma, have purchased a land parcel in Alibaug, admeasuring over 5 acres for Rs. 37.86 crore. The two adjoining plots are in Zirad village, Raigad district.
The transaction was registered on January 13. The couple paid stamp duty of Rs. 2.27 crore. The seller is Sonali Amit Rajput, director in Samira Land Estates.
In 2022, Virat and Anushka had bought an 8-acre farmhouse in Zirad village for Rs. 19 crore.
