The release of Yash Raj Films’ Alpha has been postponed. Instead of this year, it will now hit the screens in 2026.
The YRF Spy Universe film, starring Alia Bhatt, Sharvari, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol, will hit the screens on 17th April next year instead of 25th December this year. Although the producers have attributed the postponement to the film’s visual effects taking longer to complete than anticipated, industry know-alls feel, another important reason for the delayed release is that the producers did not want the film to be sandwiched between Avatar: Fire And Ash and Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.
