Released this week in Thane district and Maharashtra, Aaryavarth Media Creations’ Bhajan Supari (UA) is a very weak film based on a story by Sujeet Goswami and screenplay by Prof. Nandlal Singh.
Performances by Sujeet Goswami, Ila Pandey, Narendra Aarya, Umesh Bhatia, Sunil Jha, Aparna Pathak, Vinay Sahay and Ashtabhuja Mishra are all below average.
Sujeet Goswami’s direction is terribly poor. Music (by Narendra Nirmal) and lyrics (Dr. Brajendra Tripathi, Aarya Priya and Sujeet Goswami) are nothing to write home about. Kirti Kumar and Anuj Maurya’s choreography is dull. Manish Patel’s camerawork leaves plenty to be desired. Ajay Gupta’s editing is loose.
On the whole, Bhajan Supari is a disastrous fare.
