Pati Patni Aur Woh Do did well in the first weekend, mainly on Saturday and Sunday, but collections dropped fast and furiously thereafter. It netted only Rs. 3.75 crore on the first day. Collections increased to Rs. 5.25 crore on Saturday. The total for Sunday was Rs. 6 crore. After a first weekend total of Rs. 15 crore, collections for the weekdays were: Monday – Rs. 2.50 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 3 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 2.10 crore, Thursday – Rs. 1.75 crore. In this way, the total for the weekdays was Rs. 9.35 crore. Hence the first week closed at Rs. 24.35 crore.

Aakhri Sawal bombed miserably in the first week. It collected only Rs. 2.25 crore in the first week.

Krishnavataram – Part 1: The Heart (Hridayam) was steady in the second week but at low collections. The second weekend started with a take of Rs. 1.10 crore on Friday. Collections on Saturday and Sunday increased to Rs. 2.25 crore and Rs. 3.10 crore respectively, taking the weekend’s total to Rs. 6.45 crore. Collections during the weekdays were as follows: Monday – Rs. 1.10 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 1.20 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 1.10 crore, Thursday – Rs. 0.90 crore. With the total for the weekdays being Rs. 4.30 crore, the second week closed at Rs. 10.75 crore. Grand total for 2 weeks: Rs. 22.65 crore.

Daadi Ki Shaadi collected only Rs. 1.50 crore in 2nd week, taking its grand total for 2 weeks to Rs. 6.15 crore.

Mortal Kombat II (dubbed and the original English versions) dropped further in 2nd week. It added only Rs. 1 crore to its kitty in the second week, taking its grand total for 2 weeks to Rs. 7.45 crore.

Raja Shivaji (dubbed) netted Rs. 1.50 crore in the third week. Grand total for 3 weeks: Rs. 17.70 crore.

Bhooth Bangla started its fifth weekend with a net collection of Rs. 0.75 crore on Friday. Collections on Saturday increased to Rs. 1.25 crore, and further to Rs. 1.75 crore on Sunday. Therefore, the fifth weekend closed at Rs. 3.75 crore. Collections on the weekdays were: Monday – Rs. 0.65 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 0.75 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 0.65 crore, Thursday – Rs. 0.60 crore. With the total for the weekdays being Rs. 2.65 crore, the fifth week closed at Rs. 6.40 crore. Grand total for 5weeks: Rs. 150.95 crore.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge netted Rs. 2 crore in its ninth week. Grand total for 9 weeks: Rs. 1,069.30 crore.
