Gunshots were fired at actor Tiger Shroff’s car this evening (18th October) near Pushpa Narsee Park in the Juhu area of Bombay. At least four shots were fired at the actor as soon as he had sat in his car after playing football. The firing was the handiwork of two or three men who had come on a motorcycle. Tiger escaped unhurt. While one version has it that his driver was injured, another says that the driver also escaped unhurt. There was a crowd which had gathered to have a glimpse of the actor while he was sitting in the car. Luckily, no one from the crowd was injured.
Although it was not immediately known who was behind the firing and why, a video purportedly released by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the shooting incident. One Anil Pandit from the Bishnoi gang is heard saying in the video that the firing was to teach Tiger a lesson for working with Salman Khan. The message adds that the gang had warned Tiger Shroff to refrain from acting or associating with Salman but he had not heeded their warning. It is common knowledge that the Bishnoi gang has made several attempts on Salman Khan’s life after his infamous black buck case of Jodhpur.
Investigations in the firing incident of Tiger Shroff are on.
