TREE OUTSIDE RISHI KAPOOR’S HOME HACKED AFTER BMC PERMISSION | 6 April, 2019

The residents of Pali Hill at Bandra in Bombay are upset after a tree outside Rishi Kapoor’s bungalow was chopped on 1st April. The bungalow is being redeveloped, and the tree was obstructing one of the entrances. A municipal officer said that Rishi had applied for the removal of trees which were coming in the way of the proposed construction of the building. The permission, he added, was granted on 16th March. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation permitted the actor to cut five trees and transplant three. In turn, he has to plant 10 trees on the property within 15 days and also give an undertaking that he would take good care of those.
