The Juhu police in Bombay recently registered an FIR against Narayan Sharma, owner of Box Cinema, for copyright violation, impersonation and cheating by airing an old hit film made by Prakash Mehra. The case was registered a few days back by Mehra’s son, Puneet, who said that Sharma advertised in a magazine details of six films produced and directed by his father, Prakash Mehra, claiming that he had rights to air them. Sharma had been earlier arrested in the TRP scam.
