Vashu Bhagnani’s Bell Bottom has been cleared by the censoring authority in the UAE. The Akshay Kumar starrer will release there today (20th August). It may be mentioned here that the film, based on a rescue operation, has been banned in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.
