The West Bengal government has relaxed its COVID-19 curbs further. Under the new relaxations, cinemas will be allowed to function at 70% capacity with effect from 31st October, instead of the present 50%. Night curfew hours will be relaxed for Kali Puja/Diwali from 2nd to 5th November, and on Chhat Puja on 10th and 11th November.
