The release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi has been postponed. Instead of January 7, 2022, the Alia Bhatt starrer will now hit the screens on February 18, 2022. It may be recalled that Gangubai Kathiawadi and S.S. Rajamouli’s RRR were both slated for release in the same week — Gangubai on January 6, and RRR on January 7 next year. Besides both being very big films made by top makers of the country, both the films are being distributed all over India by Pen Studios.
With the release of Gangubai Kathiawadi now rescheduled, the big clash has been diverted.
