Singrauli (Madhya Pradesh) has got its first ever cinema in Carnival multiplex which opened this week in Jalsa Mall. The multiplex has three screens with a total seating capacity of 376. Incidentally, Carnival Cinemas will henceforth also be concentrating on tier III and tier IV markets of India, where there are either no or barely one or two cinemas.
