Producer Dinesh Vijan has booked three flats totally admeasuring 7,791 sq. ft. (built-up area 9,000 sq. ft.) in an under-construction skyscraper at Pali Hill, Bandra in Bombay for Rs. 103 crore. The building on Nargis Dutt Road is coming up as part of a society redevelopment project undertaken by developer Rustomjee.
The transaction was reportedly registered on July 25 and a stamp duty of Rs. 6.20 crore was paid by Vijan.
