Hrithik Roshan has spent almost Rs. 100 crore on the purchase of two apartments in a building named Mannat on Juhu-Versova Link Road at Andheri in Bombay. One of the two apartments is a pent house, and the total area of the apartments is a whopping 38,000 sq. ft. The deal, which was finalised on 22nd October, was for a total of Rs. 97.50 crore. The apartments on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors overlook the Arabian Sea. The stamp duty for the property was Rs. 1.95 crore.
