Actor Nitish Bharadwaj is seeking legal action against his wife, Smita Gate, over alleged harassment and unruly conduct. In a written complaint to the Bhopal commissioner of police, the actor has accused his wife of not letting him meet their twin daughters, which, he said, was affecting his mental health. Smita is the additional chief secretary at the Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission and her current posting is in Bhopal.
