Superstar Rajinikanth was discharged from hospital on 27th December and advised complete bed rest for a week. He has also been asked to strictly avoid activities that increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. Rajinikanth was hospitalised in Hyderabad on 25th for treatment of fluctuating blood pressure and exhaustion.
