Comedian Raju Srivastava received a series of threat calls from a Pakistani number on 28th December. The caller threatened to kill him and also harm his family if he continued to make anti-Pakistan statements on his shows. Raju’s public relations officer, Ajit Saxena, received similar threat calls. Raju, who is the chief of the Uttar Pradesh Film Vikas, is in Lucknow currently and filed a police complaint there.
According to Raju, the caller told him that he would meet a similar fate as Kamlesh Tiwari, president of Hindu Samaj Party, who was murdered in broad daylight in his home in Lucknow last year.
