Bhushan Agrawal, manager of Saroj Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., has filed a complaint at the Amboli police station at Andheri in Bombay against producer Firoz Nadiadwala, accusing him of evicting him and the others from his company from the premises in Empire Audio Centre, occupied by the company under a valid rental arrangement with Empire Audio World Pvt. Ltd., the lawful owner of the property.
The complaint alleges that Firoz Nadiadwala neither holds a legal position in Empire Audio Centre Pvt. Ltd. nor is he a director or authorised representative. The complaint explains that on 18th July, 2025, he and some unidentified persons illegally entered the premises of Saroj Entertainment, evicted the company’s staff, and forcibly locked the premises without any court order, eviction notice or police involvement. The complaint accuses Nadiadwala of violating sections 448 (house trespass), 427 (mischief causing damage), 503 and 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code.
The complaint requests immediate registration of an FIR against Nadiadwala and others involved, a thorough investigation, restoration of access or retrieval of company belongings locked within the premises, and protection of the company’s lawful tenancy and business operations.
Sunil Singh, director in Saroj Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., has written to the board of directors of Empire Audio World Pvt. Ltd., informing it of the unlawful acts of Nadiadwala. The letter also makes a mention of an amount of Rs. 15 lakh owed by Firoz Nadiadwala to Saroj Entertainment for professional services provided by Saroj Entertainment to Nadiadwala’s company.
