Producer Said Nadiadwala’s production company, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, has purchased a land parcel in the plush Juhu locality of Bombay. The plot admeasures about a fifth of an acre.
The production house reportedly acquired the land parcel for Rs. 31.30 crore and paid Rs. 1.88 crore by way of stamp duty. The seller is Portion Trading. The deal was registered on April 6.
