Mahalakshmi Cinema at Panchwati in Nasik has been demolished to give way to a commercial complex and a three-screen multiplex. Manoj Khivasara and Moolchand Patel and their families were the joint owners of the single-screen cinema. It has now been taken over completely by Manoj Khivasara and family.
