‘THE LIGHT’ (ANIMATION) REVIEW | 8 March, 2024

Released last week in Thane, Gujarat (at Rajkot) and Nizam (at Hyderabad), World Renewal Spiritual Trust and Godlywood Studio’s The Light (animation) is a spiritual film. It is the story of a Godman who has many women-disciples.

B.K. Shushil and Abhinav Rana have penned a reasonably good script. Their dialogues are quite forceful.

Animation design and direction (by Prasad Ajgaonkar and Godlywood Studio) are fair. George Joseph’s music and Puneet Sharma’s lyrics are okay. Chandrashekhar Prajapati’s editing should’ve been sharper.

On the whole, The Light will do well in pockets only.
