The iconic heritage structure of the 147-year-old Capitol Cinema in Bombay has been taken over and is set to undergo major repairs and renovation. The owner-company of the cinema, Nadir Company Pvt. Ltd., was bought over by real estate major K. Raheja last month.
Capitol Cinema was spread over 2,507 square yards (22,563 square feet).
