Narendra Hirawat of NH Studioz concluded a deal for negative rights of 1,677 films, mostly in South languages, acquired from a Malaysian company at the recent ATF Exhibition in Singapore. With this, NH Studioz now has the biggest library of films.
Present at the signing of the deal were Dr. Abhay Sinha (head of SCPC) (extreme left in picture above), guest of honour Tan Kiat How (second from left), senior minister of state ministry of digital development and information in Singapore, Overseas distributor Hirachand Dand (second from right) and the father-son duo of Narendra (centre) and Shreyans Hirawat (extreme right). Others present (seen in photograph below) were Dr. Shilpak Ambule, high commissioner of India to Singapore, Ashwani Kumar, first secretary and head of chancery, high commission of India, and Jitesh Yadav, attaché, high commission of India.
