Tamil filmmaker and cinematographer R. Chezhiyan passed away today (10th July) in Madras following a prolonged illness. He was 57. He had made To Let, Joker, Pardesi and Thenmerku.
He had won the National Award twice, one for his debut directorial venture, To Let (2017).
