Actor Ajaz Khan (on right in picture above) appeared before the Maharashtra Cyber Cell on October 16 following a complaint by YouTuber Harshvardhan Beniwal (seen on left in photograph), who accused him of assault and recording a video of his private parts. Ajaz’s statement was recorded.
According to the complaint, the alleged incident took place at a mall at Jogeshwari in Bombay in September during a film premiere.
