Twentieth Century Fox film and television studios, FX, Fox Networks Group International, a 73% stake in National Geographic Partners, Star India and a 30% stake in Hulu are part of the deal of The Walt Disney Company acquiring 21st Century Fox on 20th March, 2019. Before the acquisition, 21st Century Fox spun off Fox Boadcasting Company, Fox Television stations, Fox News channel, Fox Business Network, FS1, FS2, Fox Deportes and Big Ten Network into newly-formed Fox Corporation.
