Television and film actor Kushal Punjabi, who committed suicide on 26th December, was reportedly suffering from long-term untreated depression and was on anti-depressants for a while, according to the Bandra (Bombay) police. He was found hanging from the ceiling fan at his residence at Pali Hill, Bandra. A suicide note left behind by him mentioned that nobody should be blamed for his extreme step. It is said that he was having problems with his wife too.
His last rites were performed after his wife, Audrey Dolhen, arrived from China on 28th.
