Producer Vinay Sinha passed away at 1.30 p.m. in Holy Family Hospital in Bombay. He had not been keeping good health of late. His body is being brought from the hospital to his residence at Juhu in Bombay by 5.30 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters and a son.
Among the films he had produced was the cult film Andaz Apna Apna.
